ABOUT your AT-HOME CHEF

Chef/Founder of Cozey, Bobby Arroya, began his culinary career at the age of 14, humbly beginning as a dishwasher. Quickly falling in love with the intense energy and chaos masked behind the calm doors of the dining room, he knew then he wanted to learn as much as possible in kitchens. Although it was ten years later, he decided to start his journey of becoming a chef. With 18 years of hospitality experience, he is ecstatic to provide professional chef services to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

With a focus on fresh, small-batch cooking, Cozey is delighted to recreate your favorite meals to nourish the soul. With a commitment to finding the best-sourced products available, you’ll gain premier access to premier restaurant-quality ingredients while tasting flavors worldwide. When I am not in the kitchen, I love reading, going to farmer’s markets, binge-watching Netflix,  and catering to every need of my two best friends, teacup chihuahua’s, Ryder and Batman.

With a solid background in Latin, European and American Cuisine, I focus on small-batch cooking, which means making it as fresh as possible, all the time. I am passionate about reducing food waste as much as possible so that I will utilize all parts of the ingredient or animal in some way or another!
